First post on the new website!!! Hurray!
I’ve been putting this off for a while because I was nervous about it (for some reason).
I’ve also been putting off putting Pepper Soup on Amazon because the thought of the drama of interplanetary relations with that behemoth stresses me out. And because I have been putting it off, it means the print edition/version of Pepper Soup will also be postponed.
Because I must do the needful with the ebook.
Thank you. You are pretty awesome.
In other news, what have I been up to? A lot of writing for the day job – are you caught up on Africa Magic’s Tinsel and Jemeji?
Yes? What do you think? No? Why not? What’s been happening with you?
I’ve been doing a lot of reading.
According to Goodreads, I’m currently reading 14 books which is interesting. I just finished The Smart Money Woman by Arese Ugwu. Awesome book – go get yours and read it, then get your finances in order. This recession is not playing, and neither should you be.
I got the new Penny Reid and the new Ilona Andrews. Oh joy! Oooh and I’m in the middle of an anthology called AFTER edited by Ellen Datlow and Terri Windling.
I’m still reading C.T. Luna’s The Aspiring Author’s Guide: Write Your Marketing Strategy and it’s giving me a lot to think about. The book is one of the reasons I am not rushing to print. There has to be a plan to dispatch these books or else they won’t get to you readers. And then no one will be happy.
I don’t want that. So please bear with me while I muddle my way through. And don’t worry, you will get to hold your copy of Pepper Soup in your hands soon. Till then, thanks for all the love on okada books and kobo. You guys are the best!
Finally, if you miss me and want regular updates on my shenanigans then Instagram is your best bet. I like Instagram because pretty pictures, nicer users and bookstagram. Find me @timenduaghahowa.
And finally, finally, tomorrow you get Lilian’s Author Interview! She wrote The Unravelling in Pepper Soup. Have you read it? Yes? No?
